End User License Agreement

Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and AutoEdge for the use of our trading algorithms ("Software"). By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

AutoEdge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

No Resale: You may not sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
Modification: You may not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software.
Copying: You may not copy the Software, except for backup purposes.

Ownership

The Software is the intellectual property of AutoEdge and is protected by copyright laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. AutoEdge may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as-is" without any warranties. AutoEdge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoEdge be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if AutoEdge has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
